Patient Privacy Notice

NPP: Regulations require that all covered entities post their Notice of Privacy Practices on their website. A recent update to the NPP went into effect with a deadline to implement by 2/16/2026. Contact your website administrator and have the updated NPP loaded to meet regulatory compliance requirements. The NPP must be easily accessible by site visitors.
